Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ Mandamus, directing the respondent to accept the fee proposed to be paid by the petitioner for visiting Lord Kallalagar in the Mandagapadi situates at Door No.22, Alwarpuram, Madurai for the forthcoming Chithirai Festival to be held in the month of April 2021 based on the representation dated 24.03.2021, within time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.
