To set aside the Judgment and Conviction dated 1.6.2016, by the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahilir Neethimandram, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur in S.C.No.145 of 2010 and acquit the Appellants and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.RAMESHKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of THE PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed by the petitioners to suspend the sentence imposed by the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahilir Neethimandram, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur in S.C.No.145 of 2010 dated 01.06.2016 and enlarge the petitioners on bail, pending disposal of the present Criminal Appeal. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and upon hearing the learned counsel appearing for both sides, this Court is of the view that the petitioners could be granted the relief as prayed for with certain conditions.
4. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be enlarged on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai and on further condition that the petitioners should report before the said Magistrate, on the first working day of every English calender month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. sd/- 17/05/2018 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
