ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.1865 of 2025, dated 30.01.2025. 1/3

2. Mr.P.P.Alwin Balan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent- Police submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition only for 37 days.

4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in the said Criminal Original Petition.

5. Accordingly, this petition is modified and the petitioner shall appear and sign before the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, DindiguL weekly once (i.e., on Monday) at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The other conditions shall hold good.
