This petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein to file a final report in Crime No.475 of 2016 on the file of the respondent herein for offences under Sections 465, 468, 471, 420 and 109 of IPC against the accused persons.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the investigation in Crime No.475 of 2016 has been completed and the case has been closed as "Action Dropped" and a copy of the closure report has already been served on the petitioner / defacto complainant. However, another copy of the closure report is served on the learned counsel for the petitioner today across the bar.

3. Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the appropriate forum in the manner known to law.
