ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 3 and 4 of TNPPDL Act, in Crime No.53 of 2015 and seeks anticipatory bail. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that on 12.02.2015, the petitioner and other accused persons are said to have set fire on the Enfield Bullet Motorcycle and also caused damage to the car with inebriated mood. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5.Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Magistrate concerned within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
