Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 341 and 506(i) of IPC r/w Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002, in Crime No.654 of 2016, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner entered into the house of the defacto complainant and attacked him thereby causing injuries to him.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and his name has been falsely implicated in this case.

4. The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submitted that the allegation against the petitioner is money dispute. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with the following condition. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai, within a period of 10 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10. a.m. until further orders. The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.
