PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the second and third respondents not to harass the petitioner and his family members in the Civil Dispute under the guise of enquiry.

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the the second and third respondents not to harass the petitioner and his family members in the Civil Dispute under the guise of enquiry. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) for the respondent police. 3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is purely civil dispute and there was dispute by the fourth respondent for enhancement of amount for the purpose of executing the sale deed.
4.According to the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), based upon the complaint given by the fourth respondent, an enquiry https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5298 of 2021 was conducted and it was found that it is civil dispute and the parties were directed to workout their remedy through Civil Court and the enquiry was also closed.
5.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that an endorsement made in the document with regard to the payment of amount and the same is available with the police. 6.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side), on instructions, submitted that no such endorsement was made in the presence of the police official during the course of enquiry and no documents was available with the police and nothing survives for further adjudication in the present petition.
7.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
