ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 341 and 506(i) of IPC in Crime No.26 of 2012, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The Case of the prosecution is that due to previous motive, the petitioner attacked the defacto complainant. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after filing charge sheet by the respondent police, the same was taken cognizance in S.T.C.No.569 of 2013, by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi. He further submitted that on the date of hearing, the petitioner has not appeared, hence warrant was issued on 19.06.2013.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that NBW is pending against the petitioner for his non appearance.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in order to facilitate this petitioner to appear before the Trial Court, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

with the following condition. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi, within a week from the date on which the order copy made ready, and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court on each and every hearing date. The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.
