Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a WRIT OF MANDAMUS directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioners representation dated 27.07.2015 regarding extension of time of lease period for further period of six months and pass such other orders as this Honble Court.

JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by R.SUDHAKAR,J) This writ appeal is directed against the order passed by the learned single Judge dated 12.08.2015 in W.P.(MD)No.14444 of 2015.

2.The main cause for filing the writ petition seeking extension of time is that during the subsistence of lease period, no permission was granted by the authority and therefore, he could not remove the quarried materials till the date of expiry of the lease period that is on 09.08.2015. There is no complaint or statement made to the respondent authorities any time on and after 10.07.2015 stating that transport permit was not issued by the authority. The learned single Judge was of the view that the question of extension of time cannot be granted on a vague request. We find justification in that finding. Accordingly, the writ appeal is dismissed. No costs.
