ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the respondents 2 & 3 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police, on instructions, submits that a complaint was enquired by the respondent police in C.S.R.No.171 of 2020 and that was also closed and therefore, the respondent Police are not harassing the petitioner.
