This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to take immediate action on petitioner's representation / complaint dated 06.02.2025.
2.According to the petitioner, he lodged a complaint before the 2nd respondent on 25.12.2024 as against Dr.Varunkumar, I.P.S., and others for taking legal action against them for abusing the official capacity of Dr.Varunkumar and for the theft of electronic records present in the mobile phone of the petitioner and involvement in the Cyber crime and publishing the false information, but no action was taken. Hence, he has sent a representation to the 1st respondent for taking action against the Deputy Inspector General of Police, Trichy, but not been considered. Hence this petition.
3.The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner sent a representation by making unnecessary and false allegations against Inspector of Police, Trichy and the same same will be considered and disposed of within a period of one month.

4.Since the representation of the petitioner is pending with the 1st respondent, it is for the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and dispose of the same in accordance with law. 5.In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 06.02.2025 in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
