A1/3704/2015 dated 14.07.2015 issued to the petitioner and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.06.2015 within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Honourable Court.

JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by R.SUDHAKAR,J) This writ appeal is directed against the order passed by the learned single Judge in W.P(MD)No.12441 of 2015, dated 23.07.2015.

2.It is stated in paragraph 4 of the order of the learned single Judge that since official secrets have been let out, not only the appellant but several other officers were also transferred. It is purely an administrative order to safeguard the interest of the Department.
3.The learned single Judge was justified in dismissing the writ petition seeking to challenge the order of transfer. We find no reason to interfere with the order of the learned single Judge. Accordingly, the writ appeal is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, M.P(MD)No.1 of 2015 is closed.
