ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 420 and 506(ii) of IPC., and Section 5 and 7(1) of Lotteries Regulation Act, 1998, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) on instructions, would submit that as of now, no enquiry/no case is pending against the petitioner.
3. The submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) is recorded. Hence, apprehension of arrest does not arise. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the respondent police will not be justified in apprehending the petitioner for enquiry.
