For Respondent : Mr.Robinson, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- To enlarge the Petitioner on bail in the event of her arrest by the Respondent Police in Cr.No. of 2020 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Thiruchendur Taluk Police Station, Thiruchendur, Thoothukudi District.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under section 379 of I.P.C., in Crime No.Not Known of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the State states that no FIR has been registered against the petitioner and no complaint is pending agsint the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In view of the above, this criminal original petition is disposed of by directing the respondent police to to intimate the petitioner in writing if any FIR is registered against him, so that the petitioner will have adequate breathing time to move this Court for anticipatory bail.
