O RDER This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing direction to the 3rd Respondent not to harass the Petitioner without following the due process of law, based on his representation dated 14.03.2023.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents police would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent herein case in Crime No.24 of 2023 registered on the file of the 2nd respondent police on 07.03.2023.
3. In view of the said submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. The petitioner may work out the remedy through appropriate proceedings if any trouble arise during the course of investigation.
