ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 3 to issue a verification certificate.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor would submit that, no such verification certificate is to be issued by the Police, except in case of passport proceedings.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has to apply for job. So, he requires a verification certificate with regard to the pendency of any criminal case against him.
