Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that the warrant has been executed on 08.11.2016.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
