ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to quash the impugned tender notification of the second respondent dated 27.02.2025 and to grant an extension to the petitioner to collect the vehicle parking fee at Lammur Beach for 95 days, on the ground that he was unable to collect the fees during the ban period from 06.05.2024 to 09.08.2024.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the second respondent submitted that the petitioner had already sent a representation dated 07.03.2025, seeking an extension to collect the vehicle parking fee at Lammur Beach, on the ground that he was unable to collect the fees during the ban period. The said request was rejected by the second respondent through proceedings in Na.Ka.No.40/2020/A1, dated 12.03.2025. However, without challenging the said proceedings, the petitioner has approached this Court, seeking an extension to collect the vehicle parking fee at Lammur Beach.

The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the proceedings of the second respondent dated 12.03.2025, if he so desires. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
