ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondents not to interfere in civil dispute by insisting the petitioner to handover the property to the petitioner's brother by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 26.09.2016. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondents police frequently called the petitioner, harassed him under the guise of enquiry in respect of a case for elopement and also threatened him.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the respondents Police did not cause any harassment to the petitioner and not to interfere with the civil dispute. 5.Recording the above submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
