ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Court, by order dated 10.06.2020, directed the trial Court to complete the proceedings in S.C.No.61 of 2020, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order.

2. Now, vide letter dated 21.10.2020, a request has been made by the Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Tirunelveli, seeking extension of one month time, stating that due to lock down owing to COVID-19 pandemic situation, trial could not be conducted, within the time stipulated by this Court.

3. Considering the request made, time granted by this Court, vide order dated 10.06.2020, in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5886 of 2020, is extended by one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
