ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 147, 148, 334, 324, 427 & 506 (ii) IPC in Crime No.282 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 23.04.2018, due to some wordy quarrel, the accused person abused and attacked the defacto complainant, due to which, the defacto complainant sustained injuries and was hospitalized and hence the complaint came to be registered.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.Learned Government Advocate submitted that the defacto complaint has been discharged from hospital.

hospital, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6.Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Magistrate concerned within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on executing a separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur, Madurai District, or to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
