JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by R.SUDHAKAR,J) This writ appeal is directed against the order passed by the learned single Judge in W.P(MD)No.10443 of 2012, dated 28.08.2012. 2.The writ appeal is filed against the order of the learned single Judge granting 9% interest on the belated payment of retiral benefits. No proof has been filed to support the plea that it was paid in time. Hence, we are not inclined to interfere with the order passed by the learned single Judge. Accordingly, the writ appeal is dismissed. No costs.
