ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondent police to register the case in pursuant to the complaint of the petitioner in Na.Ka.No.26/275584 dated 26.08.2016 and investigate the same.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that petition enquiry has been conducted and closed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In view of the above submission, the second respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not furnished already to the petitioner and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to take action in accordance with law. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
