ORDER
When this petition was taken up for hearing on 30.04.2025, he learned counsel appearing on either side submitted that the decree holder agrees to receive a sum of Rs.20,000/- as full and final settlement towards the satisfaction of the decree in O.S.No.341 of 2015 and sought time to settle the amount.
2.Today, when this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on either side submit that the decree holder has received a sum of Rs.20,000/- and the matter has been settled.
3.Recording the above settlement, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. It is needless to add here that in view of the above settlement, the decree passed in the suit is terminated. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
