ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections147, 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) IPC and Section 4 of Women Harassment Act, in Crime No.446 of 2016, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners attacked the defacto complainant and her mother, while the defacto complainant questioned the shouting of the accused in front of her house.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and their names have been falsely implicated in this case.

4. The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submitted that it is a case in counter case and the injured has been discharged.

considering the fact that the injured is discharged, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with the following condition. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi, within a period of 10 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, and on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10 a.m. until further orders.
