Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to release the Van bearing Reg. No. TN-45-Y-4025 seized by the second respondent on 25.03.2013 to the petitioner. For Appellant : Mr.VR.Shanmuganathan Special Government Pleader For R1 : Mr.T.Leninkumar For R2 : Given up JUDGEMENT [Judgement of the Court was delivered by K.RAVICHANDRABAABU, J] Mr.VR.Shanmuganathan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the appellant submitted that the appeal has become infructuous, since the order passed by the writ Court has already been complied with by releasing the subject matter vehicle. He has also produced the proceedings dated 28.11.2014 issued by the District Revenue Officer, Ramanathapuram, in support of such contention.

2.Recording the aforesaid submission, this writ appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
