Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to release the Van bearing Reg. No. TN-45-Y-4025 seized by the second respondent on 25.03.2013 to the petitioner. He has also produced the proceedings dated 28.11.2014 issued by the District Revenue Officer, Ramanathapuram, in support of such contention.
