ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Heard both sides.
2.The petitioner, who was arrested on 19.04.2018 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 307, 324 and 506(ii) IPC, in Crime No.92 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
3.The case of the prosecution is that due to some dispute, the first accused attacked the defacto complainant with knife and caused injuries.
4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the injured has already been discharged from the hospital. 5.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there is one previous case pending against the petitioner. Therefore, he opposed to grant bail to the petitioner. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking note of the period of incarceration of the petitioner, I am of the view that the petitioner could be enlarged on bail. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Accordingly, it is ordered that the petitioner shall be released on bail, on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-VI, Madurai and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. sd/- 16/05/2018 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
