ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner, who was remanded to judicial custody on 28.07.2016 for offences punishable under Sections 302 @ 302, 379 @ 147, 148, 120(b), 364, 294(b), 302 and 379 of I.P.C, in Cr.No.107 of 2013 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution due to previous enmity, the petitioner along with other accused murdered the deceased. 3.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent and he never involved in the offence, 4.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned

Judicial Magistrate, Sathankulam and on condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
