ORDER
The revision petitioners are defendants 2 and 3 in the Chit Proceedings in C.D.No.27 of 2015, which is pending on the file of the Chit Registrar, Madurai South.
2. The petitioners, with a grievance that the above chit proceedings was decided ex parte, has filed an application to set aside the ex parte order dated 27.10.2015 passed in C.D.No.27 of 2015 along with an application to condone the delay. The said application was not entertained by the trial Court. Aggrieved over that, the present Civil Revision Petition is filed.

3. Pending the Civil Revision Petition, at the request of the learned counsel on either side, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre attached to this Bench. Mediation report has been filed that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties. Pursuant to the same, the petitioners gave a cheque for a sum of Rs.50,000/- in favour of the second respondent Company as part payment of his settlement (Cheque No.761926, dated 26.09.2022). The petitioners have also agreed to pay the balance amount of Rs.1,66,954/- (Rupees one lakh sixty six thousand nine hundred and fifty four only) on or before 31.01.2023 which is agreeable to the second respondent.
4. In view of the subsequent development, the Civil Revision Petition is closed as no further orders are required. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 05.01.2023 ogy Index : Yes / No.
