ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioners, who were arrested on 30.08.2016 for offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 506(i) and 498(A) and Section 4 of Tamilnadu Prevention of Women from Harassment Act in Cr.No.60 of 2013 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners harassed the defacto complainant demanding dowry.

3.Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the intervenor and learned Government Advocate, (Crl.Side).

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to release the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on each of them executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate Sathankulam, Thoothukudi District, and
