ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused in Crime No.
11 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 7 and 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act and hence, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent/State. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is alleged to have entered into the house of the defacto complainant and tried to molest the daughter of the defacto complainant while she was sleeping in the night. He would further submit that one week before the occurrence, there was a wordy quarrel and hence, the present false complaint has been lodged against the petitioner.
In fact, the defacto complainant and others have attacked the petitioner and the petitioner took treatment in the hospital for four days. The petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the complaint.
4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent / Police submitted that there was no electricity in the house of the defacto complainant and the petitioner is alleged to have entered into the house of the defacto complainant and tried to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
molest the minor daughter of the defacto complainant. The investigation is pending.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the serious nature of the offences alleged against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
