Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a WRIT OF CERTIORARI to call for the records of the transfer order of the petitioner passed by the 2nd respondent vide Niruvagam/A4/14496/2015 dated 19.08.2015 and quash the same as illegal.

JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) Challenging the order of transfer, the appellant has filed WP (MD)No.15735 of 2015 primarily contending that he has been transferred three times within a short span of time and finally he was transferred from Thirumangalam to Melur. The learned Single Judge dismissed the same stating that transfer order is passed purely on administrative ground and it is an incident of service. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ appeal has been filed.

2.At the time of hearing, Mr.A.Jayaraman, learned counsel appearing for the respondents states that they are ready and willing to reconsider the order of transfer and the appellant will be transferred and posted to Thiruparangundram branch. The learned counsel appearing for the appellant is also agreeable for the same. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, this writ appeal is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, M.P(MD)No.1 of 2015 is closed.
