It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case against the accused persons on the complaint dated 23.01.2016.

2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.2 of 2016 under Sections 498(A), 494 of IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, by the second respondent Police. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
