Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 406, and 420 of IPC., in Crime No.559 of 2017, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after filing charge sheet in Crime No.559 of 2017, the case was taken on file in C.C.No.227 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manapparai, Trichy District. He further submitted that since the petitioner was suffering from Jaundice, he did not able to attend the Court on 18.04.2014. Hence, non-bailable warrant was issued against the petitioner. Hence, he approached this Court with this present petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent submitted that non-bailable warrant is pending against the petitioner.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Magistrate concerned within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manapparai, Trichy District, or to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer, who intends to arrest and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
