This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st to 8th respondents to take necessary action against the cheating company viz...M/s. Universal Chit Funds Private limited & Universal Trading Solution (UTS) and to directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to appoint a suitable committee for seized the movable and immovable assets from M/s. Universal Chit Funds Private limited & Universal Trading Solution (UTS) and to repayment the amount to the petitioner's and other 445 Depositors/victims in Sivagangai District within a period. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint of the petitioner, FIR in Crime No.3 of 2019 was already registered on the file of Inspector of Police, Economic Offence Wing, Salem.
3.Recording the said submissions, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
