This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking transfer of the proceedings in S.M.O.P.No.123 of 2022 from the file of the Family Court, Kanyakumari at Nagercoil and transfer the same to the Principal District Court, Thoothukudi. 1/3

2.Today(14.10.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on either side submit that pending this petition, the parties have arrived at a settlement and they are now living separately. The joint compromise memo to that effect has also been produced before this Court.

3.Recording the joint compromise memo, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of. The petitioner and the respondent shall appear before the trial Court on the next date of hearing i.e on 20.12.2022 and shall file the joint compromise memo, dated 12.10.2022. On their appearance and on receipt of the above joint compromise memo, the trial Court shall pass a decree within a period of one week.
