ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Heard both sides.
2.The petitioners, who were arrested on 04.05.2018 for the alleged offences punishable under Section 399 IPC, in Crime No.132 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail. 3.The case of the prosecution is that the accused persons were prepared to commit dacoity and caught red handed. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there are two previous cases, each, pending against the petitioners 1 and 2. Therefore, he opposed to grant bail to the petitioners 1 and 2.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking note of the period of incarceration of the petitioners, I am of the view that the petitioners 3 and 4 could be enlarged on bail. Accordingly, it is ordered that the petitioners 3 and 4 shall be released on bail, on executing a bond https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Thanjavur and on further condition that the petitioners 3 and 4 shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
