ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 417, 418, 419, 420, 465, 467, 468 and 471 of IPC., in Crime No.11 of 2016, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioners have illegally transferred the Patta in their favour in respect of the property belongs to the Nadar Uravin Murai Association, without following the byelaws of the Association. He further submitted that the investigation is going on.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the petitioners are is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Magistrate concerned within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) each, with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Peraiyur, or to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer, who intends to arrest and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
