As a matter of fact, there was a dispute between the petitioner and the fifth respondent.

3.The fifth respondent states that the dispute between the petitioner and him, went upto the second appeal and is pending before the High Court. In midst of all that, the fifth respondent had organized a cultural program in the name of Veera Pandiya Katta Pommu on 23.03.2023 at 10.00p.m., at Singarameenoli Kalaiyarangam, Kilarangiam Village, Tirupuvanam Taluk, Sivagangai District.
