This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second Respondent to de-freeze the bank Account No.7003549446, Indian Bank, Periyapattinam Branch, Ramanathapuram District of the Petitioner in accordance with law and inform the same to the third respondent.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the respondent police had not frozen the account of the petitioner. It was frozen by Delhi-East Cyber Crime Police Station, Kerala - Kannur Rural Pariyaram Medical College Police Station, Telangana Cyber Crime, Nizamabad Cyber Crime Police Station, Gujarat - Banaskantha Cyber Crime Police Station, Gujarat - Ahmedabad City Cyber Crime Police Station. 2/4

3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh application as against the concerned parties.
