(Judgment of the Court was delivered by R.SUDHAKAR,J) This writ appeal is directed against the order passed by the learned single Judge dated 07.09.2015 made in W.P.(MD)No.16193 of 2015.

a vacancy in Kovilpatti consequent to the transfer of one Arumugam to Tirunelveli. The appellant is now working at Sathankulam seeks transfer to the vacant place at Kovilpatti.

3.In view of the above, the writ appeal is disposed of directing the authority concerned to consider the said request and pass appropriate orders. No costs.
