Respondent PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 439(i)(b) Cr.P.C. praying to modify and relax the condition imposed by the Judicial Magistrate, Pattukottai, dated 24.04.2018 in Crl.M.P.No.1476 of 2018 directing the petitioners to appear before the Vattathikottai police daily at 10.00 a.m., for the period of 40 days.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify and relax the condition imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukottai, dated 24.04.2018 in Crl.M.P.No.1476 of 2018 directing the petitioners to appear before the Vattathikottai police daily at 10.00 a.m., for the period of 40 days.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
