: Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code praying to issue direction directing the respondents 1 to 5 to take an appropriate action on the basis of preliminary report sent by the Forensic Department vide C.No.30/SDFPB/MC/16, dated 10.06.2016 and conducting an enquiry and send the report to the District Registrar, Registration Department, Madurai (South) for taking an appropriate action to cancel the sale deeds Doc.Nos.1170/1995 and 1171 of 1995, SRO, Arasaradi by invoking Section 49 of Registration Act, within a stipulated time.

The petitioner has come up with the present petition seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 5 to take an appropriate https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Mrs.M.S.Shanthi, Sub-Inspector of Police, Anti Land Grabbing Special Cell, Madurai City is present in Court today. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a petition enquiry was conducted thoroughly and the same was closed on 27.03.2017. A copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedies in the manner known to law.
