ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 425 and 468 IPC in Crime No.133 of 2018 and seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that due to property dispute, the petitioner has given life threat to the defacto complainant and his Power Agent and therefore, opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5.Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Magistrate concerned within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties for a like https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
