To relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.3030 of 2020 in Crl.R.C(MD)No.352 of 2020 dt.13/05/2020 ORDER : The Court Made the following order : The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL RC(MD)No.352 of 2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in CRL RC(MD) No.352 of 2020 on 15/06/2020 regularly, and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and there is no complaint of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD). No.3244 of 2020 the petitioner tampering with the witnesses, the condition imposed by this court in CRL RC(MD) No.352 of 2020 on 15/06/2020 is relaxed as under:

"The petitioner/ Accused shall appear before the respondent police once in a month (i.e.) on the first day of every English Calendar month at 10:30 a.m., pending revision."

5. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent as and when required for interrogation.
