ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner was arrested on 19.04.2018 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 392, 397 and 506(ii) IPC, in Crime No.100 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

3.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner herein and two other accused committed the robbery.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is having one previous case to his credit. Hence, he opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking note of the period of incarceration of the petitioner, I am of the view that the petitioner could be enlarged on bail. Accordingly, it is ordered that the petitioner shall be released on bail, on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
