Seeking a direction to the second respondent to expedite the filing of charge sheet in Crime No.116 of 2012 within a time frame, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondents. 3.This Court has received a report dated 17.06.2017, from the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai. In the said report, it is stated that the investigation in Crime No.116 of 2012 has been completed and a final report was filed before the said Court and the same was taken on file in P.R.C.No.49 of 2017 on 04.04.2017. 4.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
