When the Writ Petition came up for hearing on 02.07.2025, there was no representation for the Petitioner. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents informed the Court that the Petitioner was no more. Recording the same, Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption ''for dismissal'' today. Today, the matter is listed under the caption ''for dismissal''. Even today also, there is no representation on behalf of the Petitioner. No steps have been taken to substitute the legal representatives.

2.In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default. No costs.
