Side) appearing for the respondent. 2.The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 420 IPC, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent states that till date no complaint has been received against the petitioner and no case has been registered against the petitioner.

5.Therefore, I am make it clear that if the respondent registers a case, he will intimate the petitioner, so that the petitioner will have breathing time to move the Court for the relief of anticipatory bail.
