*********** This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the second respondent to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's complaint that Document No.71/08 and Document No.554/08, registered on the file of the third respondent are fraudulent documents and therefore, they need to be cancelled and pass final orders within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. The petitioner has submitted a representation in this regard to the respondents on 10.03.2022.

2.Admittedly, the petitioner's representation has not been considered till date. The petitioner has filed documents along with this writ petition to substantiate his case that the aforementioned documents are fraudulent documents. It is for the second respondent to consider the same on merits and in accordance with law and pass final orders on the petitioner's complaint.

W.P.[MD]No.6685 of 2022 3.No prejudice would be caused to the second respondent, if the petitioner's complaint dated 10.03.2022 referred to supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law by the second respondent after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner as well as the parties in whose name the documents stand. 4.For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.03.2022, requesting for cancellation of Document No.71/08 and Document No.554/08, registered on the file of the third respondent and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner as well as the persons in whose name the aforementioned documents stand and any other necessary party whom the second respondent deems fit to enquire, including granting them the right of personal hearing within a period of three [3] months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
